The event is being held in collaboration with renowned property educator Dr Nour ElSerougy of the Innovation Experts Real Estate Institute.
Taking place on 31 May 2025 at the Grand Hyatt Convention Centre, the free-to-attend session will focus on equipping participants with innovative strategies to sell off-plan developments. The record attempt will be hosted by Dubai-based entrepreneur and influencer Spencer Lodge. With ambitions to enter the Guinness Book of World Records, the session highlights Dubai’s role in redefining real estate education.
Dr Nour El-Serougy, the session’s lead trainer, brings over 20 years of experience in real estate investment, training, and PropTech. As a Guinness World Record holder and widely respected authority, he stands at the forefront of this transformative learning experience.
A panel discussion will follow, covering future investment prospects on Dubai Islands. Panellists include Mr Ismael Al Hammadi, Mr Nazish Khan, Ms Sonia Waters, and Dr El-Serougy, offering wide-ranging insight into Dubai’s evolving property landscape.
Officials from regulatory bodies and government institutions are expected to attend, lending further credibility to the Emirate’s leadership in global property innovation.
