The International Property Awards has named Manchester’s grade-II listed luxury apartment scheme in Monton has the best residential development. Stableford Hall was first built in 1888 and has been transformed over the course of 10 months this year by the Leeds-based company that specialises in conversions.

Priestly Homes has transformed the 19th Century Hall into 12 bespoke one, two and three bedroomed apartments. Each of these apartments have been finished to a high specification, with their period features preserved. These unique traditional features include exposed brickwork and original beams. Far from being stuck in the past, these newly converted apartments have also been fitted with the latest smart home technology, making the homes perfect for modern, urban city life.

Representatives for Priestly Homes, the conversion specialists accompanied the CEO Nathan Priestley at a special ceremony that took place at the London Lancaster Hotel on the 27th October in which the company was given the International Property Award.

Stableford Hall is an ideal addition to the company’s portfolio, which is steadily growing. Priestley works to deliver preserved and historical buildings that have been expertly converted in order to create unique residential developments that would offer a completely unique standard of living for the resident. Without investment and conversions of this nature a large number of historic buildings would deteriorate and be constrained to the history books.

The International Property Awards are known around the world as a standard for excellence and looks to celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry around the world. It is great to see companies working on the conservation of rich architectural past of a range of cities years and years into the future. Priestley Homes is a part of the Priestley group of companies that includes Priestley Construction and Priestley Lettings.
