LAUNCH OF SPACIOUS HOUSES AT NORTH GATE PARK

Award-winning, five-star housebuilder, The Hill Group, is set to unveil a new collection of spacious three and four-bedroom town houses at North Gate Park, a new neighbourhood development created in partnership with Peabody. Launching on 12 July 2025 with the opening of a new show home, these stylish properties are located near Green Lanes in Haringey, one of North London’s most vibrant areas. Tucked away in a hidden green retreat and arranged around the beautifully preserved Mulberry Gardens, each house offers private outdoor space and dedicated parking, providing residents with a rare blend of tranquillity and urban convenience.

Thoughtfully designed with family life in mind, the homes feature open-plan kitchens, dining and living areas, generous storage, and en suites to principal bedrooms. At the heart of the development lies Mulberry Gardens, a lush green space that has been trebled in size from its original footprint. It retains mature trees from the original 1920s layout while introducing extensive planting, open lawns, and a welcoming playpark. Elsewhere across North Gate Park, green spaces and pathways have been sensitively designed around existing trees, creating a continuous sense of natural beauty and calm throughout the community.

Once complete, North Gate Park, in partnership with Peabody, will include 996 homes surrounded by 4.6 acres of public green space, along with sympathetically restored heritage buildings and proposed community amenities including a café, supermarket, workspace, fitness facility and an on-site concierge. These will add to the excellent range of independent shops, cafés and restaurants already available on the bustling nearby Green Lanes.

Rebecca Littler, Group Sales and Marketing Director at The Hill Group, comments: “Set within the lush surroundings of Mulberry Gardens and moments from the heart of Green Lanes, this is a rare opportunity for house buyers to enjoy thoughtfully designed homes surrounded by established greenery, with excellent connections to the city. It’s a place where tranquillity meets convenience and is perfect for those looking to put down roots in a truly special part of London.”

Buyers of the three and four-bedroom town houses at North Gate Park have the added luxury of a private garden – a rare treat in such a well-connected, bustling part of London. The new show home will demonstrate the beautiful flow from indoors to out that the properties offer, courtesy of their carefully considered, meticulous design. Stylish kitchens with integrated appliances and beautiful Caesarstone worktops flow into generous living spaces and outwards into private garden spaces filled with greenery. The light-filled homes also offer sleek, minimalist bathrooms with matt black fixtures and luxurious touches designed to create a spa-like ambience, and bedrooms that exude a sense of calm and serenity – a haven to retreat to from the demands of busy London life. The contemporary construction provides underfloor heating throughout, with an air source heat pump, for cosy living year-round, all with a 10-year NHBC warranty for long-term peace of mind.

The lush and leafy development’s exquisite homes provide easy access to all that the capital has to offer. They are just a short walk from both Seven Sisters underground station and Harringay rail station, providing outstanding connectivity across London. Seven Sisters to Kings Cross is just an eight-minute journey, while Liverpool Street takes around 20 minutes to reach from Harringay. Meanwhile, the local area is home to Finsbury Park, Tottenham and Alexandra Palace.
