Occupiers Already Signing Up
The market has responded strongly. Of the 17 units available, 13 are already let or under offer to a curated mix of national brands and independent operators. The first confirmed occupier is Damira Dental Studios, set to open in late 2025. Its 6,000 sq ft practice will provide NHS care for 6,000 patients alongside private services — a significant healthcare boost for the region.

Accessibility and sustainability are central to the scheme. Signal Yard will feature secure cycle storage, showers, EV charging bays and dedicated parking, all supported by strong public transport links thanks to Milton Park’s partnership with Thames Travel.
