The Belmont Barmouth is redefining how visitors experience North Wales by introducing flexible midweek stays for smaller groups, encouraging guests to enjoy the town’s seaside beauty beyond the summer season.
Set along Marine Parade, The Belmont Barmouth — a luxurious nine-bedroom Art-Deco home overlooking the sea — is at the forefront of promoting Barmouth as a true year-round destination.
With new midweek booking options available for groups of 4–12, the property invites travellers to discover the town’s peaceful coastal atmosphere during the quieter months, helping to sustain local shops, cafés, and restaurants that remain open through autumn and winter.
Starting from just £83 per person per night (based on six guests staying three nights between October and March), guests can enjoy exclusive access to the elegant beachfront residence. The Belmont features a private cinema room, games room, and sweeping views of the sea and surrounding mountains — all just steps from Barmouth’s sandy shoreline and a short walk from its lively town centre.
A landmark along the promenade, The Belmont has become a favourite for family gatherings, friends’ getaways, and milestone celebrations, offering the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. The beautifully restored 1920s property accommodates up to 18 guests and boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area for 18, and a dedicated entertainment floor with an 85-inch cinema screen for memorable nights in.
Its newly launched off-peak midweek stays are already drawing attention, giving visitors the chance to experience Barmouth’s calm, unhurried side — when coastal paths are peaceful, sunsets are golden, and the town’s warm hospitality shines brightest.
“We wanted to give smaller groups the chance to enjoy The Belmont’s full experience without needing a big celebration or a summer crowd,” explains owner Liz Davis. “Barmouth has such a special atmosphere in autumn and winter — dog walks on empty beaches, cosy pub evenings, and incredible coastal light. It’s the perfect time to slow down.”
Recent guest Claire E. from her November 2025 stay said: “The WOW factor doesn’t really do the Belmont justice. Fantastic house, beautifully restored to show it in all its glory. A lovely weekend enjoyed by family, extended family and friends. The pool tournament got very competitive!”
