LTi Metaltech Ltd has signed a multi-million-pound long-term supply agreement with Siemens Healthineers MR Magnet Technology, reinforcing a collaboration that has continued for more than 20 years and highlighting the company’s reputation as a UK supplier of high-integrity, safety-critical components.
The new agreement builds on LTi Metaltech’s proven record of manufacturing precision components where quality, consistency and dependable delivery are essential. The company’s long relationship with Siemens Healthineers MR Magnet Technology has played a significant role in shaping its expertise in advanced manufacturing and quality-driven production.
Over the last two decades, LTi Metaltech has contributed to large-scale manufacturing for demanding applications, including cryogenic pressure vessel assemblies used in MRI systems installed in hospitals worldwide. This work demonstrates the high levels of reliability, traceability and quality assurance required in healthcare environments where safety and performance are critical.
Under the renewed agreement, the two organisations will continue their long-term collaboration on production and supply. The arrangement ensures Siemens Healthineers MR Magnet Technology continues working with a partner that has established manufacturing systems, reliable production capability and a strong commitment to quality. LTi Metaltech will work closely with Siemens Healthineers MR Magnet Technology to support programme development and deliver products that meet exacting technical standards.
