Ward and Howorth strengthen Condeco’s senior management team
Workspace technology provider, Condeco Software has announced the appointments of Debra Ward and David Howorth to the company’s senior leadership team as it seeks to meet the demand for new growth across EMEA.
Former managing director for international FM business Mace Macro, Ward joins Condeco as MD for EMEA. Ward was one of the driving forces in creating outsourcing specialist Mitie’s Client Services company, growing the division from a start-up to a £25 million operation in just five years.
Commenting on her new role Ward said:

Howorth, who takes up the role of director of operations at Condeco for its EMEA business brings with him a wealth of experience from eight years at Mitie where he was also an instrumental figure in the success of Mitie Client Services, working closely with Ward and serving as her successor as managing director. His career spans across the hotels, pharmaceuticals, financial services and airlines industries.
Howorth said:

Both Ward and Howorth are recognised as prominent figures in the FM industry, who according to Condeco, “will bring valuable international and client services experience to help Condeco consolidate its leading global position with new growth and services as its innovative solutions attract the attention of leading blue chip brands looking to implement their digital workplace strategies.”
