Bellrock savours new deal with EAT.

Facilities and property management provider Bellrock has been awarded a contract for the management of planned and reactive maintenance for EAT, a leading business in the £3 billion specialist food and coffee “to go”market.

Founded in 1996 from its first shop on Villiers Street in London, EAT. now has 114 stores throughout the UK selling a wide range of soups, salads, hot pots, sandwiches, baked goods and coffee, all freshly prepared by EAT. each day.

The new contract will see Bellrock manage the company’s supply chain; improving visibility to relevant management information for both shop managers and the EAT. property team. Bellrock will also be deploying the FixMy platform, the in-house developed maintenance management portal for every shop, as well as planning for the smarter use of warranties, managing contractor payments and driving efficiencies in the procurement of services.

Commenting on the new contract, Martin Holt, CEO, Bellrock, said:

“We are delighted to be working with EAT. supporting their growth plans by creating an effective planned and reactive maintenance model. Our experience of food retailers will ensure that we focus on managing their maintenance spend more effectively and improve the asset management process.”
