The National House Building Council (NHBC) is preparing to host BEYOND ’26 LIVE on 25 February 2026 at the CBS Arena, Coventry, bringing together over 1,200 professionals and 40+ speakers to tackle the future of UK housebuilding.
With government targets calling for 1.5 million new homes this Parliament, the sector is under pressure to address housing growth, the climate agenda and the Future Homes Standard. The one-day conference, hosted by broadcaster Louise Minchin, promises a programme of practical insights, live demonstrations and forward-looking debate.
Innovation and Practical Guidance
Highlights include a live showcase of modern timber frame construction, a dedicated roofing quality stage, and updates on building safety, NHBC Standards and water efficiency. Attendees will also hear insights from NHBC’s Pride in the Job award winners, alongside sessions on sustainability, skills and market growth.
Industry Voices
David Campbell, NHBC’s Chief Operating Officer, said the event comes at a critical time:
“Meeting the housing target is vital, but with consumer confidence, land supply and workforce capacity under pressure, collaboration and innovation will be key.”
Delegates from previous years praised the event for its networking and CPD opportunities, with both major housebuilders and SMEs citing its value in tackling regulatory changes, skills shortages and customer needs.
Why It Matters
With government targets under scrutiny and the industry balancing delivery with sustainability, BEYOND ’26 LIVE is set to be a landmark gathering for everyone shaping the future of UK housing.
