Story from Jam Press (Rude Bin House) Pictured: The property available for sale in Denton that features a wheelie bit with a rude word on it outside. The exterior showing the bin. Two-bed flat costing £625 per month mocked because its wheelie bin has 'c*nt' daubed on it A two-bedroom flat being let for £625 per month has been mocked because the wheelie bin out front has the word “c*nt” on it. The apartment boasts a spacious living room, fitted kitchen and a bathroom with tub, shower, toilet and basin. There are two reasonable sized bedrooms and one has built in storage. But prospective tenants were quick to spot the rude bin by the front door. There is a black main refuse one and then green and blue recycling ones next to it. But in huge black letters on the latter, the swear word is daubed in black graffiti. Wendy Oakes said: “This photo probably isn’t the best.” The flat in Denton, near Stockport, Gtr Mancs is being rented out by Spencer Harvey letting agency and advertised on Rightmove. Tenants will have to pay a £721 deposit and it comes unfinished, but there is parking. The listing reads: “Available January, this two bedroomed ground floor apartment to rent. “Positioned in a convenient location close to Hyde Centre which offers a wide range of amenities suitable for day to day needs. “Crown Point Shopping Centre can also be accessed at ease via transport links both bus and rail situated just a stone's throw away. “Internally the property offers an entrance vestibule, entrance hallway with access leading to the spacious lounge, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom complete with shower over the bath. “Externally the property offers off road parking.” ENDS

A two-bedroom flat available for rent in Denton, near Stockport, Greater Manchester, has become the subject of humor due to an unexpected feature: a wheelie bin with offensive graffiti. Priced at £625 per month, the flat, listed by Spencer Harvey letting agency and advertised on Rightmove, offers a range of amenities but has drawn attention for the wrong reasons.

The property includes a spacious living room, a well-fitted kitchen, and a bathroom equipped with a tub, shower, toilet, and basin. Both bedrooms are of a reasonable size, with one featuring built-in storage. However, the property’s appeal was overshadowed by the presence of a wheelie bin outside the front door, which has the word “c*nt” prominently graffitied on it in black letters.

Wendy Oakes commented on the choice of the listing photo, suggesting it might not be the best representation of the property. The rental requires a £721 deposit and is offered unfurnished, with the convenience of parking included.

The Rightmove listing describes the flat as a ground-floor apartment available from January. It highlights the property’s proximity to Hyde Centre, offering various amenities, and Crown Point Shopping Centre, easily accessible through nearby bus and rail transport links.

The flat comprises an entrance vestibule, hallway leading to a spacious lounge, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Additionally, the property features off-road parking.
