Sam Spencer to Join RICS President’s Panel

Sam Spencer has been appointed to the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor’s President’s Panel. This appointment will put Sam among the few on the panel with specialist knowledge and experience of the hospitality, leisure and licensed property trade. The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, or RICS, is a global professional body. The Institute works to enforce the highest possible qualifications and standards during the development and management of land, real estate, construction and infrastructure.

Sam Spencer works as an associate at the property consultancy company Bruton Knowles. As a part of his role on the President’s panel, Sam Spencer will be working to offer expertise in order to resolve disputes with land and property alongside other President’s Panel members.
