Free CPD from NaCSBA : 24-27 May, Free CPD from the National Custom and Self Build Association (NaCSBA) around the opportunities in the government’s Custom Build and Self Build Action Plan. Book on Eventbrite: http://self-build-cpd.eventbrite.com

The week is a series of free presentations for those working in, and considering expanding into, the custom and self build sector. The content is focussed on the government’s new Self and Custom Build Action Plan – a suite of support and reviews designed to scale up activity.

As well as more general sessions about the sector and specific initiatives, such as the Right to Build and Help to Build, there are sessions tailored to specific professions: lenders and intermediaries, valuers and land agents, planners and LPAs, manufacturers and suppliers, builders and developers, architects and designers, and conveyancers.

During the week we will provide an overview of the sector and spell out some of the opportunities for businesses and individuals as activity scales. NaCSBA welcomes the government’s measures to support custom and self build, but it is now imperative that the industries that support and provide housing understand the route and appreciate its potential.
