Skillcrown, a family run business and South-East London’s leading property developer, has announced that it will be celebrating its 25th Anniversary this year with the launch of a commemorative logo for the occasion and a future party organised in the summer months.

The new anniversary logo will be used in the company’s yearly marketing. Its design is focused on the Skillcrown houses emblem used in its logo, with the number 25 written in bold and text circling the overall design. The design is finished in a metallic silver sheen, which gives the logo a splash of modernity.

“We are delighted to be in our 25th year of business, with a new logo to mark the occasion, and a celebratory party to look forward to in the summer. We believe this year is going to be one of our best. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank our staff and everyone who has contributed to our success over the past 25 years,” said Salik Osman, Managing Director.

Skillcrown was launched in 1993 by Mr Yalipray Osman in a small office in Bexley and in three years it moved to larger premises in the Bromley borough, where the company has been located until this day. Salik Osman, the son of Yalipray, took on the role as Managing Director in 2010 and since then, the property developer has taken on some of its biggest projects, including two hotels and developments for some of the largest Housing Associations in the UK. In 2014 the company also won an LABC Brick Award for commercial development of the year for a mixed used development in Bexleyheath.

“When I reflect on where we were as a company when I started, to where we are now, it has been an incredible journey. The growth has been exceptional and this year has already started on a high. We have nine projects already under construction and further projects at different stages in the planning process. I am personally delighted with the progression and excited at the prospect of where the company is heading in the next 25 years,” concluded Salik Osman.
