ESPO Gives Focus Consultant a Framework Position

Focus Consultant has been awarded a position on the ESPO 2664_18 framework, a major national framework, which will allow it to supply consultancy services for property & building advice and management services. The position will run until December 2020, with the possibility of an extension for another year until December 2021.

With this position, public sector clients and social housing providers in the UK can now procure services from Focus, knowing that the procurement process has already been carried out in a professional manner, avoiding the need for a full tender process when searching for suppliers, therefore saving them money, time, and energy. This is the ninth framework that Focus is currently appointed on.

“As well as working in the private sector, the teams at Focus work extensively across the public sector, providing specialist services to local authorities, charities and other organisations,” said Focus partner Keith Butler. “Our services are unique, ranging from project management, design services and building surveying to feasibility studies, rationalisation and remodelling, funding support and economic development, and we have worked with a huge range of clients from the NHS and blue light agencies and through to local authorities and housing providers,” he added.

Based at Phoenix Business Park, Nottingham, Focus Consultant has offices in London, Leicester, and Boston in Lincolnshire, specialising in offering creative approaches to securing funding packages and delivering high quality projects across the UK. It is one of the most successful companies of its kind, securing more than £953 million of grant assistance for a range of businesses and projects across the country and delivering more than £1.3 billion of projects and programmes, since its inception in 1994.

ESPO (Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation) is a public sector owned organisation based in Leicestershire and committed to helping customers achieve the best results by practice in contract management, procurement, sourcing, and supply chain partner support and management.
