    The commercial property agency Innes England, have appointed a new Assistant Building Surveyor. David Seymour, who has been awarded the position after joining the midlands based property consultants. Seymour has a practical background and has had experience in a variety of disciplines within surveying. This experience will be beneficial for Innes England, as will David’s specialism of residential properties.

    Working with clients across the UK, Innes England have been ranked the most active agent in the East Midlands consecutively for nine years. With their main focus being in the midlands, Innes have offices in Nottingham, Derby and Leicester. The role of Innes England is to provide a variety of services to clients such as buying and letting. Other company activities include investments, disposals and acquisitions. These different services are provided by the company for office, retail and industrial properties. Innes England has company directors that are involved in the business daily, providing the clients with the best service possible.

    Seymour graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2015 and earning a master’s degree in building surveying. Previous to that David Seymour spent 8 years working as a joiner. During this time Seymour was working in both the public and private sectors. The experience acquired from his time in joinery as well as his education and experience in building surveying will assist Seymour as he begins as Assistant Building Surveyor as it will provide Innes England with a different perspective to the company.

    As part of his new role, David Seymour will be working from the Innes England Nottingham office. David will be focusing on working with building surveying projects across the East Midlands. The new role will provide David Seymour with more invaluable experience which will allow him to develop his career. As he gains more experience we look forward to seeing how David Seymour’s career progresses, and perhaps will be able to report on his further advancements.
