News and Product Releases
You can submit news stories and product announcements using the contact form at the bottom of this page.
To make your submission more engaging, we recommend including high-quality images, graphics, charts, or other supporting visuals whenever possible.
Articles and Guest Posts
We also welcome original articles and guest posts.
Although it is not required, we encourage contributors to contact our editorial team before submitting a full article. This helps us confirm that your topic is suitable for our audience.
Please include:
- A short outline, summary, or abstract of your article
- A brief author biography
- Any relevant images, charts, or supporting media
All submissions should be original, well-written, and relevant to the home improvement and property industries.
Multimedia Submissions
We do not accept unsolicited multimedia files by email.
If you would like to submit a video, podcast, or other multimedia content, please email our editor with:
- A brief description of the content
- The file format
- The file size
Our editorial team will then advise you on the most suitable method for transferring your files.

Topics
All contributed content should be tailored to our audience and their daily work. News events, emerging technologies, industry trends and issues, and problem-solving techniques are appropriate topics. All contributions are subject to editing for length, content, and appropriate style. Circular reserves the right to deem any submission as acceptable or unacceptable.
Length
News releases should be at least 200 words in length. Articles should be at least 600 words, but may be much longer, depending on the type of article.
Artwork
Contributors are encouraged to submit artwork such as photos, graphics, charts, graphs, or figures with their content. Only digital images will be accepted; JPEG and GIF formats are preferred. Image file size should be no larger than 100k. Ideal dimensions for the lead image are 450 pixels wide by 300 pixels high. If deemed necessary, images may be subject to resizing and/or cropping.
