Kebbell has announced the final home at Heatherfields in Bordon, Hampshire, has now been reserved. During the pandemic homes at Heatherfields continued to be snapped up and many buyers opted to be put on the waiting list whilst properties were being built over the last year.

Heatherfields comprises a collection of 59 three to five bedroom homes set alongside a neighbouring woodland with its own wildlife habitat area and pond. Its location, Bordon, is itself undergoing an exciting regeneration and becoming a very desirable place to live.

Andrea Fawell, Sales and Marketing Director at Kebbell explains why the development and Hampshire homes are proving to be so popular: “We have loved creating the homes at Heatherfields and being part of the exciting regeneration of the area. The pandemic made buyers reassess what is important to them and Heatherfields grew exponentially in popularity as a result of buyers who now want to move out of the city to a home with a beautiful private garden and space to work from home. Proximity to open spaces or woodlands is also top of peoples lists.”

“Our buyers are enjoying lovely country pursuits like fly-fishing or country walks with their dogs, as well as the charming city of Winchester with its lively markets, beautiful cathedral and attractive independent shops and much more. We expect to be on site until July to finish the final homes.”

Looking to the future Kebbell will shortly be commencing the build of a new development in Petersfield, just 10 miles south of Bordon, providing more sought after homes in Hampshire.
