New show apartment to open its doors at Hayes development

Bellway London Hayes Development – Bellway London is to unveil a new show apartment in one of the capital’s fastest growing key commuter hubs.

The one-bedroom show apartment will open its doors at the housebuilder’s Bluenote Apartments development in Hayes next month (September).

Located off Blyth Road, right in the heart of the town centre and just a two-minute walk from Hayes & Harlington railway station, the development is proving particularly popular with first-time buyers looking to get on the property ladder in an up-and-coming and well-connected part of the capital.

More than half of the homes have now been sold at Bellway London Hayes Development, Bluenote Apartments since the development launched last summer, with the majority being purchased by first-time buyers. The first residents were welcomed into their new homes in April.

The new showhome will complement the existing two-bedroom show apartment which opened to the public last year.

Greg Allsop, Sales and Marketing Director for Bellway London, said: “Large-scale regeneration and the forthcoming arrival of Crossrail have turned Hayes into one of London’s emerging property hotspots.

“With a growing cultural and leisure scene, good rail links to central London, and prices still lower than most parts of the capital, Hayes is increasingly popular with first-time buyers seeking homeownership.

“This trend has been reflected at Bluenote Apartments, which is especially attractive to commuters because of its proximity to Hayes & Harlington station. With prices around the £350,000 mark and below, our one-bedroom apartments have been in particularly high demand with young couples and single professionals looking to buy their first home in the capital.

“The unveiling of the new showhome is therefore an ideal opportunity for those buyers who are in the market specifically for a one-bedroom apartment to see at first-hand what this particular type of property has to offer.

“All one-bedroom apartments at Bluenote feature a high-quality specification and have been designed to maximise the available space, with an open-plan kitchen, living and dining room, fitted bedroom wardrobe and a balcony or terrace.”

Bluenote Apartments will eventually comprise 118 homes, including 77 apartments for private sale, 34 shared ownership apartments and a further seven townhouses designated as affordable housing for local people. Residents at the development benefit from allocated parking, communal podium gardens and a concierge service.

The development is playing a key part in the wider regeneration of Hayes, and is situated close to Old Vinyl Factory, the site of the former EMI headquarters which is being transformed into a new residential and leisure hub comprising new homes, office space, shops, restaurants, a gym, cinema, and live music venue.

National Rail services from Hayes & Harlington station reach London Paddington in around 20 minutes. With the arrival of Crossrail’s Elizabeth Line, which is due to open next year, passengers will be able to travel directly to Tottenham Court Road in the West End in just 22 minutes.

Prices currently start at £335,000 for a one-bedroom apartment and £410,000 for a two-bedroom apartment.

The show apartments at Bluenote Apartments are available to view by appointment. Bookings can be made by calling the sales team on 020 8131 4763.
