Story from Jam Press (Flat Cupboard Bed) Pictured: The pokey studio flat available to rent in Notting Hill. Interior (showing the bed down). London studio hits market for £1,583-per-month but you have to sleep in a cupboard A studio flat, near Kensington Gardens, has hit the market for £1,583 a month but there is a catch– you have to sleep in a fold-out cupboard bed. The tiny property is located in the popular Notting Hill area of West London. Situated in an ideal tourist spot, nearby attractions include Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. From the outside, the narrow building looks like a lavish home. But inside the property, there is barely any space for furniture. The listing states the studio flat comes furnished. There is room for a leather sofa and an end table. A tiny fold-out dining table has been squeezed in the corner by the window and a TV has been installed on the wall to save space. However, there is not enough room for a bed. Instead, tenants will have to pull out a bed from a cupboard above the sofa. They will then need to fold it back into the wall every morning so there is room to walk around the flat. The tiny accommodation costs a staggering £1,583 per month to rent. Tenants will also need to fork out £1,826 for a deposit to secure the property. However, on the plus side, bills are included in the monthly rate. The description reads: “EC Residential are pleased to present this fantastic Studio Apartment. ”The property comes furnished, with [a] build-in kitchen and bathroom. ”Community events, WIFI and all bills (with council tax) are all included. “Notting Hill is an amazing and beautiful location. ”It is only walking distance from Notting Hill Tube station, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. ”The area has a weekend marketplace, as well as plenty of shops, pubs, supermarkets, and restaurants.” ENDS

A snug studio apartment, conveniently located near Kensington Gardens, is now on the market for a monthly rent of £1,583, but with an unconventional twist – the bed is housed within a fold-out cupboard.

This petite dwelling is situated in the sought-after Notting Hill region of West London.

Perfectly positioned for tourists, it’s close to attractions such as Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park.

Externally, the slender building exudes the grandeur of an opulent residence.

However, the interior reveals a limited space scarcely accommodating any furnishings.

According to the listing, the studio is offered with furniture included.

The layout accommodates a leather couch and a small end table.

To maximize space, a compact fold-out dining table is positioned near the window, and a television is mounted on the wall.

Remarkably, the studio doesn’t have the space for a conventional bed. Tenants are provided with a bed that folds out from a cupboard above the couch.

This bed must be stowed away into the wall each morning to free up space within the flat.

The rent for this diminutive living space is an astounding £1,583 per month.

Prospective tenants are also required to pay a deposit of £1,826 to secure the apartment.

On the bright side, the monthly rent includes all bills.

The property listing details: “EC Residential is delighted to offer this exceptional Studio Apartment.

”Furnished to a high standard, it features a built-in kitchen and bathroom.

”Included in the rent are community events, WIFI, and all utilities, including council tax.

“Located in the vibrant and scenic Notting Hill, the studio is a short walk from Notting Hill Tube station, Kensington Gardens, and Hyde Park.
