Former JLL Industrial & Logistics Director, Andy Harding, has joined Taurus Developments as a Consultant and Member of its Advisory Board.
In his first external appointment since leaving JLL, Andy has become a consultant to Taurus Developments, the property development company which focusses on the industrial and logistics sectors. Founded in 2010 by Michael Gibbens, it works with quoted and privately owned property companies, institutional and private equity real estate funds, private landowners, high-net-worth investors and occupiers of logistics, industrial and commercial real estate looking to create new space.
Partnerships have been created with numerous investors including Legal & General Investment Management, Nuveen Real Estate, Buccleuch Property, LaSalle Investment Management, Barwood Capital and Hammond Rutts Investments. The company is currently progressing developments in Stevenage, Harpenden and Ipswich.
