As Aaron steps into the role of Managing Director, Oakheart gains not only a leader but a seasoned expert with a forward-thinking visionary. With over three decades immersed in the property industry, Aaron brings invaluable experience, complemented by 25 years of focused expertise in facilitating new home sales across prestigious locales like London, Essex, and the Home Counties, serving clientele from both the UK and the Far East market. Within the last decade alone, Aaron has conducted over 1700 development appraisals in Essex, encompassing 8000 plots for a diverse range of clients, including small, medium, and some of the UK’s largest PLC developers.
Joining Aaron is Joe, appointed as Associate Director, whose expertise and strategic vision will play a pivotal role in shaping the division’s success. Together, they form a dynamic team poised to lead Oakheart to new heights. Joe has over a decade of experience in property sales throughout Essex. He played a pivotal role in the marketing of more than 1800 plots in 2023 alone, including a development of over 600 homes. His comprehensive involvement with developers spans all aspects of the build process, from initial planning to marketing strategies and brochure creation, resulting in highly successful exit strategies.
In tandem with the launch of its New Homes division, Oakheart is thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of its newest branch in Chelmsford, Essex this spring. This expansion not only reinforces its commitment to supporting the New Homes Division but also aims to broaden its reach, ensuring exceptional service for clients throughout the area.
