Building in One is a web system that has been designed by the engineers at Bureau Veritas and has also consulted with technology experts in order to create an easy to use portfolio compliance system.

This new web-based solution will be available in two different forms. Building in One Standard will come as standard for all clients of Bureau Veritas. Building in One Complete will offer a more tailored solution that can be more cost-effective and meet the client’s individual needs. In essence the system will offer its users a variety of different features which includes alerts for all aspects of the client’s business compliance that would normally be covered by Bureau Veritas. There will also be space for past inspection details and reports to be uploaded as well as any remedial action that has been taken. The platform will also provide clients with a calendar view as well as a cloud based server that will enable clients to remote access their information, making the platform easily accessible.
The new system can be used by clients of all sizes, with the solutions provided by Building in One suitable for single or small property portfolios to complex multi-national portfolios.
